I’m convinced that leaders must be prepared and have a wide variety of professional skills, but the most important quality they must practice if they want to be followed is integrity, and is dangerous to take this for granted. Integrity is a compass , it guides you to do the right thing when everything is confusing. It helps you to choose something higher than yourself and seek for the common good and success of the team, its members and the business.
